How do I know if my child's shoe fits right?
For length, pinch flat about a thumb's width of material from the longest toe to the front of the shoe (about 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch). The toes should all be lying flat and there should be wiggle room.
For width, you should be able to pinch just a little upper material. If the shoe feels tight and widths aren't available, order a 1/2 size larger. After your child has worn the shoe for a bit, check for severe redness. This could mean the shoe is too tight.
Always be sure to measure both feet; many children have feet of different sizes. If that's the case with your child, purchase shoes in the larger of the two sizes.
What are the size breakdowns for grade school, preschool, toddler and infant in shoes and apparel?

My child outgrew his shoe in two months. Is this normal?
Growth spurts are common in children, they grow at their own pace. To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend you measure your child every time you order.
How long should I expect my child's shoes to last?
On average, a child's shoe will last about two to three months based on normal wear.
The shoes we received were too big or small. What should we do?
A perfect fit is our promise to you. If the item(s) you ordered doesn't fit, we'll happily exchange it or give you a refund within 45 days of shipment. We'll also pay the cost of shipping for any exchanged item. Reminder: All returned or exchanged items must be within 45 days of shipment and include original product tags.
What should I do if the shoes I ordered are causing blisters on my child's feet?
Even children's shoes sometimes need to be broken in. Please allow your child the appropriate opportunity to properly break in his new shoes. At the same time, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if you feel the problem may be an incorrect fit, please return the item(s) within 45 days of shipment and we'll happily exchange it for another size or give you a refund. Reminder: All returned or exchanged items must be within 45 days of shipment and include original product tags.
Are all your items machine washable?
Most of our clothing items are machine washable, however, if the apparel you purchase does not have washing instructions, we recommend spot cleaning. Follow the washing instructions included. Do not wash shoes.
If my child's height is in one size range but their weight is in a different size range, what size should I get?
Order the larger of the two sizes.
Do I go up to the next size if my child's height is on the border between two sizes?
Yes.
Will the item(s) I order shrink? Do I need to size up in order to prevent shrinkage?
Some items may shrink after washing. If your child's size is on the border between two sizes, order the next size up.
Can I size up an item for longer wear?
No. You should always order your child's current size to ensure proper fit.
Are there any added durability features in your products (reinforced knees, special treatments, etc.) that promote lasting wear?
Some items may have special features such as reinforced knees. If so, it will be noted in the product description.
Do your shoes come in widths?
Most of our shoes are available in standard medium widths. Please type "youth shoes wide width" in the keyword search box to locate them.
Do your pants have an adjustable waistband?
If our pants include adjustable waistbands, it will be noted in the product description.
Do your clothes run big, small or true to size?
Our clothes run true to size unless otherwise indicated.
Are there any exclusions to your Fit Guarantee?
Yes. Our exclusions are as follows:
• Returns/exchanges must be made within 45 days of your original shipment date.
• Items should be returned/exchanged in a clean, unused condition with all tags included.
• Valid only on US orders (all 50 states).
• Applies only to wearable equipment.
• Does not apply to men's, women's, or customized products.
