Western Union® Quick Pay (International)
- Calculate the total of your order in US Dollars. Please be sure to include appropriate shipping and handling charges for your order. Details on these charges are available to you online under Customer Service/Shipping. If in question, please contact us.
Please Note: Additional customs and fees may be charged by your carrier in your country. We cannot provide these calculations as they vary greatly by country. Please call your local office with questions prior to placing your order. - Go to your local Western Union® office and make a payment using Quick Pay (see procedures below).
- Email, fax or phone your order to us. Please include your customer number and note that a Western Union® Quick Pay has been made.
- If you do not have a customer number, please include your Billing and Shipping Address, phone and email. We will create an account for you for this order and future orders.
- Once your order has processed, which can take up to 48 hours (not including Saturday/Sunday or US holidays), an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by a Ship Confirmation email once your order has shipped, if an email address has been included with your order information.
Please Note: If an item is no longer available when your order is placed, the balance of your order will ship and any credit left over will be placed as a credit on your account for future purchases.
Quick Pay at Western Union® Procedures:
Quick Pay allows you to make cash payments in your local currency. Consult your telephone directory under Money Transfer for the nearest Western Union location, or check for your closest Western Union® location using their website at www.westernunion.com.
When you arrive at the Western Union® location, be sure to:
- Use the BLUE Quick Pay form.
- Use KF/WI as the Locale/Code City
- Account Number should be: 0000000 (7 zeros)
Quick Pay fees vary from country to country, but are generally around $15.00 US Dollars for amounts up to $3000.00.
